TMI Welcomes a New, Cutting Edge Ion Microscope
In 2022 Texas Materials Institute (TMI) has purchased a new, state-of-the-art time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometer (TOF-SIMS), an outstanding addition to the analytical capabilities at TMI.
