Instrument Capabilities
The Linseis LSR-3 is a fully integrated thermoelectric characterization system designed to measure the key transport properties required to evaluate thermoelectric materials. Features:
- Simultaneously measures Seebeck coefficient and electrical resistivity of thermoelectric materials over a wide temperature range.
- Supports automated measurements under vacuum, inert gas, or controlled atmosphere conditions.
- Characterizes bulk materials, pellets, thin films, and advanced energy materials.
- Provides essential electrical transport properties for calculating the thermoelectric figure of merit (ZT) when combined with thermal conductivity data.
